The 2019 season is upon us! Hereby a recap of the process over weekends and the week following the race:
- Race is flown. Club racing secretaries are responsible to upload their Web files directly onto the website (Race results > Upload result files). The username and password should be used, as supplied by the union race secretary. To get this set-up you will have to supply an email address of your race secretary to the union race secretary.
- The files loaded in step 1 will be displayed as “Temporary” results. The TPS files should be sent to the union race secretary for processing of a STAGE1 and FINAL result.
- Only once the union race secretary has supplied the “STAGE1” results, will the averages on the website be processed. Averages will NEVER be processed before this.
- Schemes for 10/15/20 can only be calculated if the teams were supplied to the union race secretary. Until then, the schemes will have no data.
